I currently use Proactiv and it’s not treaty the under-skin pimples i have. It works wonders for the few white heads i get but i mainly get the under-skin pimples that hurt to touch. My skin is normal.... 

I’m trying tbsp of coconut oil a day now, and I just started yesterday. Any other ideas. My skin is extremely sensitive, and thus, I only wash once at night with soap and no soap in the morning....

I got a few acne scars that my “lovely” doctor gave me :l just wondering what is more effective on acne scars, bio oil or palmers? I’m sorta leaning more towards palmers atm bcoz it is...
