I’m 14 and rosacea runs in my family plus since I started getting less exercise or I dunno it could be just change in diet, environment, getting older whatever, I started getting more acne … I don’t use lots of makeup just concealer and a little powder on my face, I use a good Clinique thing so is it diet and activity that actually gives people that clearskinned glow?

    Hi,
After reading your question I saw you were interested in optimizing your nutrition [(-:] so even though I may not be able to answer your question exactly as you may have wanted it answered, I thought I would take the time to pass on some pointers I have learned the hard way from my own bad ‘uninformed’ choices, so you could learn about good advice and bad advice about good nutritional choices.
I am always impressed that there is oftentimes some good advice and good links from people helping others through Yahoo_Answers.
I encourage you to learn from ‘common-sense’ nutritionists what to eat for a life time.
    ‘Diets’ are then not necessary.
    My best to you,
    A1

    Hey.
It is true that good diet helps you to achieve good skin. Also taking regular exercise helps too; you work up a sweat and so the body releases the toxins that it needs to release, leaving you with unclogged pores, and nice skin. :)
Drinking loads of water helps too, it also flushes out toxins, and makes sure you are hydrated. Dehydration means headaches, and eventually dry irritated skin.
    Hope this helps you:)

It definitely could help, but if you have rosacea in your family you will continue to have it unfortunately, but you could try it and see if it works!

Drinking water and eating loads of fruits help a whole lot! I also have experienced luck with vegetable soup(not the cheap no name brand kind though)
