I am using finacea, a creme that helps fight acne/rosacea, i want to go to a tanning salon and get some color, is it ok while using finacea that i go tanning, obviously not when its on my face..?

NO!!!!!
You must not go for tanning whilst using it. Look at the link below, its states very clearly that you should not use the cream on sunburned skin which is what you are likely to have after a tanning session;

tanning might temporarily make your rosacea look better but in the end, it makes it worse. i think the instructions for finacea say to avoid direct sunlight.
